All local moves are performed on all-inclusive hourly rate basis. We include all basic wrapping supplies, fuel, mileage, taxes, equipment and of course the moving labor in our rates. We require 3 hours minimum for any order on most of the days, and 4 hours on Saturdays and otherwise busy days, such as end-of-the-month. Below are the items that we include with each move:

Moving Long Distance
Within the State Californian
We are licensed to perform moves within the State of California, and guarantee a 24 hours delivery to any city. Long distance moves include any destinations with more than 100 miles one way, and implemented on a flat-rate basis. In order to estimate the cost of your long distance, we need details about your residencies layout and the full inventory. You can download the inventory sheet here, and simply email us back for further review.
Our long distance moving crews are trained to handle the furniture and other items with utmost care. We protect every piece to the maximum degree to withstand road vibration, and to ensure that everything arrives intact. We can accommodate overnight parking at or warehouse if next day delivery is desired.
Commercial and Retail moves
Office movers
El Segundo Movers are capable of moving virtually anything. Our moving professionals are trained and equipped to move office machines, safes, commercial refrigerators, server racks, and many other conventional types of office furnishings. We are properly insured and will provide a Certificate of Insurance to buildings that require them.
Many office buildings require movers to work after-hour, and have strict elevator access hours. We can schedule your move in order to minimize your operational down-time and ensure that you are back to business within 24 hours. Another detail to inquire about from your current or future landlord is floor protection. We provide neoprene runners for free, and masonite sheets for additional fee.
Piano Movers

El Segundo Movers proudly offers piano moving services. We are experienced in moving virtually all types of pianos, including spinets, grand pianos, and concert grands. Please note that we do not offer hoisting services. In order to obtain an accurate quote we will need you to provide as many details as possible pertaining to the piano move: stairs, weight and type of the piano, sharp turns and elevators must be discussed with booking office prior to the reservation.
Pianos are moved by specially trained movers, and performed on a flat rate basis. If the piano is being moved among the other items during the regular household move, it must be disclosed to the booking agents. All packing materials and equipment are included in the price.
Safes and Sub Zero Appliances
Extra bulky Items
Another sub-specialty service that we offer is transportation of unusually heavy items, such as fire proof cabinets, high-end luxury appliances, and safes. Just like with pianos, we have crews highly trained to perform such projects. We invested in special assisting equipment to handle items up to 2,000 lbs and can perform it safely. Please communicate all details prior to booking.
Avoid movers that are not experienced in moving Sub Zero refrigerators and safes. If they don’t sound confident that they can handle these expensive items, you are risking getting them damaged, along with potential property and bodily harm. Let professionals handle these types of moves for you.
Labor only projects
Packing, loading and unloading
At times you might not need our truck, but rather expertise and strong arms. We’ve got you covered. Whether you need help loading your rented vehicle, unload the interstate container, or simply shift furniture around – we are readily available to service you. Additionally we offer trash disposal services or delivery to donation centers.
Labor only moves benefit from the same level of preparedness as any other move. We will arrive on a small truck or a light vehicle, and bring along dollies, hand-trucks, blankets, and packing materials to ensure that all of your furniture is protected.
